My Health Record is an electronic summary of an individual’s health information that can be shared securely online between the individual and the registered healthcare providers involved in their care – this is to support improved decision making and continuity of care. 

By the end of 2018 every Australian will have a My Health Record, unless they choose not to. My Health Record allows healthcare providers to view key patient medical information including allergies, discharge summaries, diagnostic imaging results, and laboratory tests and dispense records from pharmacies with conformant software. An update in the latest version of My Health Record also includes AMT codes.

We are pleased to advise that RxOne provides integration with My Health Record system, allowing you to upload dispense record history and access key patient medical information through the RxOne Dispense program.
